Q1. How are you today?
Ans. The answer to this question commonly sets the environment for your interview. Make sure you make it positive for yourself with a charming smile on your face. Q2. Tell me about yourself.
Ans. Focus on answering it with confidence and positivity because the interviewer does not know you and would judge you according to what you define about yourself. The order in which you are required to answer this question will be as follows:
- My name is A, born and brought up in B, completed my graduation from ABC university
- My parents are so and so, and I am the elder/ younger among X siblings. Try to include your strengths here. For example, if you are the elder one, you can talk about your qualities like management, leadership, decision making, etc. In case you are the younger one, you can mention the wisdom you have obtained from your elder siblings and how you delegate the liabilities provided to you.

This has also been a reason for encouraging leadership and confidence in me, thereby favoring my achievements in domains like debate, projects, etc.
Q3. What are your key strengths?
Ans. This is a very essential HR Interview Question for every fresher. Every interviewer wants to hear qualities from you that suit the performance you are being hired. Make sure you maintain all your qualities and skills that provide you with an edge over the others to be hired for that particular role. Remember not to mention anything that you do not really possess, as it will become unfortunate in case you are not able to prove your claim. It is better not to really list out your qualities, but put it in a more associated manner, which will also clarify your allegation with reasons.

Q4. What are your weaknesses?
Ans. This question is basically to cross-verify you. It would really be suicidal in case you counter-claim your strengths here, or declare any weakness that is a vital part of the role you are being hired for. However, you cannot stay quiet or declare that you have no weaknesses. The best route you can take is to put forth a weakness not related to the job, as well as provide information as to what you are doing to overcome it.
